Following Costa Rica, I flew to Peru and met Kudah for the second half of the vacation.

– Stayed with Eddy’s family in Lima.  Great tour guides and wonderful hosts

– Flew to Machu Picchu

– Took a chicken bus from there to Lake Titicaca (painful)

– Visited floating islands

Huaringas (at “Brujas de Cachiche”): Pisco sour (they have a good selection of different things mixed with pisco sour, such as coca leaf juice) 

At Huaringas or Jose Antonio you can also order stuff like “anticuchos”, “papa a la huancaina” or “aji de gallina”
