Udaipur is an enchanting village in the foothills of the Aravali Mountains.  The town is built with three man-made lakes – Fateh Sagar Lake, Swaroop Sagar Lake and Lake Pichola in the middle, along with palaces, temples, forts, gardens and narrow lanes thorughout.

Its no wonder the top attractions in Udaipur are outside of Udaipur. The City Palace complex, sitting alongside Lake Pichola, could be magnificent, but was never maintained.

Generally speaking, this town is picturesque and a great place to come and relax.
