We enjoyed a leisurely day in Reykjavik,
and as it turned out, it was the city’s annual Culture Night!  This meant that there were loads of bands and
artists performing, as well as all the museums being open for free!

Culture Night: Marathon & Festivities

If I hadn’t known, you would think that
this tiny city was bustling like this every weekend – all of Iceland seems to
have come in for it!

Therefore we had a chance to stroll around and enjoy the the festivities, including listening to the Icelandic Symphony play and fireworks along the harbour!
